Terms of Service

Last updated: July 1, 2026

1. Who these terms cover

These terms govern use of this website and, at a high level, engagements withAkarsh Digital. Client engagements are additionally governed by a signed service agreement, which controls if the two conflict.

2. Services

Akarsh Digital provides done-for-you HVAC lead generation: Google Local Service Ads management, Facebook/Instagram lead ads, AI follow-up systems, and related services as described on the Services page. Monthly retainers are listed publicly; ad spend is separate, paid by the client directly to Google and Meta, and never marked up.

3. The lead guarantee

  • Each tier guarantees a number of qualified leads (15 / 25 / 30) within the first 30 days after campaign launch.
  • A qualified lead is a homeowner or property manager in the agreed service area with a genuine HVAC need and working contact details. Spam, solicitors, out-of-area contacts, and wrong numbers don't count.
  • If the guaranteed number isn't reached, we continue working at no retainer charge until it is. The guarantee covers lead volume — it is not a guarantee of revenue, booked jobs, or closed sales, which depend on factors we don't control.

4. Term and cancellation

  • Engagements have a 3-month minimum, then continue month to month.
  • After the minimum, either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice. No cancellation fees.
  • Clients retain ownership of their ad accounts, LSA profiles, and Google Business Profiles at all times, including after cancellation.

5. Client responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business, licensing, and insurance information for platform verification.
  • Fund ad spend directly with Google and Meta.
  • Respond to booked appointments — we generate leads; you run the jobs.

6. Results disclaimer

Industry case studies on this site are documented results from published third-party campaigns, presented as evidence for the strategies we run — they are not Akarsh Digitalclient results and are labeled accordingly. Your results depend on your market, season, budget, and operations.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Akarsh Digital's total liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the retainer fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for platform decisions made by Google or Meta (policy changes, account suspensions, pricing changes).
