What does the arithmetic look like on your tickets?
The defaults use the "realistic, months 1 to 3" scenario from our 2026 benchmark set: 22 leads, 38% book rate, $1,900 mixed ticket, $1,248 fee plus roughly $800 platform spend. Move the sliders to your own numbers.
The honest version of the pitch: you are not paying $1,248 for ads. You are paying for a system that catches every lead you already generate, answers it inside two minutes at 9 PM on a Saturday, and tells you what each booked job cost. If two extra jobs land a month, it pays for itself.
Book rates and tickets are third-party 2026 benchmarks. Lifetime value of maintenance plans not included. No JavaScript? The table on the Tier 1 page shows the same three scenarios.
How does this compare with other ways to spend the money?
| Option | Typical monthly cost | What you get | What it does not do |
|---|---|---|---|
| Akarsh Digital Tier 1 | $1,248 plus platform spend at cost | Every-source two-minute response, reviews, GBP, scoreboard, written guarantee | Does not buy new demand |
| Akarsh Digital Tier 2 | $2,448 plus $1,500 to $3,000 ad spend | All of the above plus managed LSA, Search, reactivation, maintenance growth, $350 ceiling per booked job | Does not run TV, radio or SEO content |
| Full-service HVAC agency | $2,500 to $12,000 a month | Broad marketing scope | Minimum often exceeds a $300K to $700K shop's entire marketing budget |
| Platform AI receptionist only | $29 to $99 a month (Jobber), per-call pricing elsewhere | Answers leads born inside that platform | Does not touch the other five doors or report across them |
| Angi or similar aggregator | Pay per shared lead | Volume | Roughly $542 per booked job, lead shared with 3 to 8 contractors |

Questions HVAC owners ask
Is ad spend included?
No. You pay Google and Meta directly, keep the accounts, and we never mark it up. Recommended platform spend is $600 to $1,000 on Tier 1 if you run ads at all, and $1,500 to $3,000 on Tier 2.
Is there a contract?
A 90-day initial term on every tier, then month to month with 30 days' notice. The first 30 days on Tier 1 and the first 60 days on Tier 2 are baseline measurement, because we are not inheriting the response time of a business we have not rebuilt yet.
What does 'work free' mean?
The fee is waived going forward for the affected month or until the standard is met again. It is not a refund of prior months. It is capped at two consecutive waived months, after which either party can exit with no penalty.
Why does every price end in 8?
Because we set them once, published them, and would rather you compare them than book a call to discover them.
Can I start on Tier 1 and move up?
Yes. Most shops should. Fix the answering first. If the 60-day scoreboard shows leads are answered and booking but volume is the constraint, Tier 2 adds managed demand with a cost-per-booked-job ceiling.
