Everything in Tier 1 plus managed Local Services Ads, Search Ads, reactivation and maintenance plan growth. $2,448 a month, with a cost-per-booked-job ceiling in writing.
The Demand and Conversion System is Akarsh Digital's Tier 2 service at $2,448 a month. It includes the full Tier 1 response system plus managed Google Local Services Ads, Search Ads for replacement intent, monthly database reactivation, maintenance plan growth and a written cost-per-booked-job review. Guarantee: blended cost per booked job under $350 after a 60-day baseline, or we work free until it is.
What does Tier 2 add?
- Local Services Ads, fully managed under the new structure. Budget pacing, category and geography control, weekly lead-quality disputes and credit recovery, Google Verified badge with licence and insurance documentation kept current, and management through the Performance Max migration.
- Google Search Ads for what LSA does not cover. Replacement and system-quote intent, financing terms, and brand defence against consolidators bidding on your name.
- Monthly database reactivation. One campaign a month against your existing customer list: overdue tune-ups, unsold estimates from the last 18 months, systems aged 12 years or older. SMS and email, consent-compliant.
- Maintenance plan growth program. Dedicated landing page, automated post-job offer, monthly signup target. This is the recurring revenue that carries you through the shoulder months.
- Offer engineering. Ads and landing pages built around live Texas utility rebates (Oncor, CenterPoint, CPS Energy, Austin Energy) and your financing options, because the federal 25C credit ended and A2L systems price 12% to 30% above what your customers paid last time.
- Monthly cost-per-booked-job review by channel. An explicit scale, hold or kill decision on each channel. Written down and sent.
After a 60-day baseline period, we hold your blended cost per booked job across the channels we manage under $350. Any month it comes in above $350, we work free until it is back under.

The Tier 2 guarantee is a $350 blended ceiling across the channels we manage, measured after a 60-day baseline. Referrals are not in the blend because we do not manage them. Aggregator leads are not in the blend either, but the monthly review will tell you plainly what they are costing you against the channels you own.
What changes month to month?
| Window | Offer focus | Channel emphasis |
|---|---|---|
| March to May | Spring tune-up, maintenance plan enrolment, pre-summer replacement quotes with rebates | LSA on, Search for replacement intent, reactivation to overdue tune-ups |
| June to September | Emergency repair, same-day service, after-hours coverage at full stretch | LSA at peak pacing, missed-call text-back doing the heavy lifting |
| October to November | Furnace checks, heat pump tune-ups, unsold estimate recovery | Reactivation to systems aged 12 years or older, Search Ads for furnace terms |
| December to February | Winter upgrade with financing and utility rebates, maintenance plan renewals | Budget flexes down with search volume, offer engineering carries the month |
We explain seasonality before it happens. "October is slower for cooling calls. Here is what we are shifting to furnace and maintenance offers." You hear it from us first.
Questions HVAC owners ask
Who is Tier 2 for?
HVAC owner-operators above roughly $700K in revenue, or any shop where the audit shows the answering is fixable and the market has room for managed Local Services Ads. Most clients are expected to land here.
What ad spend do I need?
$1,500 to $3,000 a month recommended, paid by you directly to Google and Meta. We never mark up spend. If spend drops below the floor in the agreement, the cost-per-booked-job guarantee pauses for that month.
Why did Local Services Ads move to Tier 2?
Google folded Local Services Ads into Google Ads and Performance Max from August 2026 and merged Google Guaranteed and Google Screened into a single Google Verified badge with reviews pulled from the Business Profile. Manual max-CPL control is going away. Managing it properly is now real work, so it sits in the tier with a cost-per-booked-job guarantee behind it.
What does 'booked job' mean in the guarantee?
An appointment scheduled on your calendar, sourced from a tracked channel we manage. It is defined in the service agreement so there is nothing to argue about at month end.
Is $350 per booked job good?
In 2026, Local Services Ads run roughly $168 to $190 per booked HVAC job at a 30% to 44% book rate, and Angi runs about $542. A $350 ceiling sits well above LSA's real performance and well below the aggregator you may already be paying. It is credible for you and survivable for us.
