Privacy
Akarsh Digital collects only what you give us through the audit form or by email (name, company, city, website, phone, email, lead estimate) plus optional analytics after you consent. We use it to run your audit, respond to you, and improve the site. We do not sell it. You can ask for deletion at any time by emailing contact@akarshdigital.com.
What we collect
- Form data you submit: name, company, city, website, phone number, email address, and an estimate of monthly leads. Hidden fields record the page you submitted from, the referring page, and campaign parameters (UTM, gclid, fbclid) so we know which channel brought you here.
- Analytics, only after consent: if you allow cookies, Google Analytics 4 records page views with IP anonymisation. Declining does nothing to the site's function.
- Email: anything you send to contact@akarshdigital.com.
- Scheduling: if you book through Calendly, Calendly's own privacy policy applies to that booking.
How we use it
To run the Response Gap Audit you requested, which involves submitting test leads to your public business channels and calling your published business number. To reply to you, including one text message inside two minutes of an audit request. To understand which pages and channels work. To deliver services if you become a client, under a written service agreement.
Text messaging
By submitting the audit form you agree to receive a text and email from Akarsh Digital about your audit. Message frequency is low. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Opt-outs are processed immediately by the system and confirmed within 10 business days at most. We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing.
Who we share it with
Processors that run our systems: form and hosting (Netlify), automation (n8n, Make.com), messaging (Twilio), CRM (HubSpot), analytics (Google, only with consent), scheduling (Calendly). Each acts on our instructions. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers.
Retention and your rights
Audit requests are kept for 24 months unless you become a client or ask us to delete them sooner. Email contact@akarshdigital.com to access, correct or delete your data, and we will act within 30 days. Texas residents and residents of other states with privacy statutes have the rights those statutes provide; we honour them for everyone.
Cookies
A first-party preference cookie remembers your analytics choice. Analytics cookies are set only after you click Allow. Session storage holds campaign parameters for the length of your visit so they can be attached to a form you submit.
