Using akarshdigital.com means accepting these terms. The site describes services, publishes prices and guarantee wording, and offers a free audit. Services are provided only under a separate written service agreement. Third-party case studies are attributed and are not our results. ROI figures are illustrative. Nothing here is a guarantee of revenue.
The site and the free audit
The Response Gap Audit is offered free, one per business, to HVAC companies in the United States, subject to capacity. By requesting it you authorise Akarsh Digital to submit test enquiries through your public business channels and to call your published business number at the times described on the audit page. The audit contains estimates calculated on figures you provide and on third-party benchmarks; it is not a valuation, an accounting document, or a promise of results.
Prices and guarantees on this site
Prices and guarantee wording shown on this site match the current service agreement template as of the effective date. They become binding only when a service agreement is signed. Guarantees include baseline periods, definitions and suspending conditions set out on the guarantee page and in the agreement. Tier 3 and the AI Answering add-on are described for information and are not offered for sale until stated otherwise.
Third-party content and benchmarks
Case studies on the industry proof page were published by other companies about their own clients and are cited with sources. They are not Akarsh Digital client results. Benchmark data is third-party and attributed. Figures labelled illustrative are worked examples, not forecasts. Trademarks such as ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro, Google, Meta, Angi and Thumbtack belong to their owners; we integrate with some of these platforms and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.
No revenue guarantee
We guarantee response time and, on Tier 2, cost per booked job, as defined in the agreement. We do not guarantee revenue, lead volume, rankings, or any specific business outcome.
Acceptable use
Do not submit false information in the audit form, request audits on businesses you do not own or manage, or attempt to interfere with the site or its forms.
Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Akarsh Digital is not liable for losses arising from reliance on information on this site. Liability under a service agreement is governed by that agreement.
